AES-256 Encryption
Your clean file is encrypted with AES-256-CBC encryption — the same standard used by governments and financial institutions worldwide. The file is stored encrypted at rest, meaning even if someone accessed the server, your data is unreadable.
Choose Your Recipient & Send
Select who gets the file — a team member, a specific subgroup, or an individual. You can also share with non-members through the Client Portal, where your client receives a secure link without needing an account.
Automatic Shredding
After your plan's retention period (14 or 30 days), the file is permanently destroyed. Not moved to trash, not archived, not backed up — shredded. This means no forgotten files sitting on servers for years, no data leaks from old documents.
